GENERAL RENTAL CONDITIONS
Arrival from 15h.
Departure no later than 11h.
The flats are non-smoking.
Cleaning costs are included in the price.
The guest agrees to occupy the flats on a temporary basis, according to the booking confirmation.
The furnishings and movable objects shall only be subject to depreciation resulting from normal wear and tear.
Number of persons
The flats are designed for a maximum number of persons (including children and babies), indicated in the booking confirmation. The person in charge may refuse any excess number of persons, as well as any animal not included in the booking.
Pets
Pets are not allowed. Only in exceptional cases and upon request and prior approval.
CONDITIONS AND METHODS OF PAYMENT
A deposit of 50% of the rent is payable at the time of booking, the balance 5 days before the day of arrival.
The full price of the booked accommodation must always be paid in advance by the guest, according to the booking confirmation.
Compensation by the guest is excluded, unless the compensation relates to an undisputed or legally established claim.
Valid means of payment are MasterCard, Visa Card, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay.

CUSTOMER DATA
To ensure communication with the guest, AIRE Holidays requires the email address and telephone number. To verify the guest's identity, AIRE Holidays is entitled to request the following valid identification document (for domestic guests an identity card or passport; for foreign guests a passport), and valid credit card details at digital check-in.
If the identity of a guest cannot be clarified beyond doubt due to missing or incorrect documents, AIRE Holidays is entitled to cancel the booking.
AIRE Holidays uses software solutions to avoid faulty bookings. These solutions use the requested data (e-mail address, residential address, telephone number, credit card, etc.) to determine the so-called ‘fraud prevention score’ for each guest and to recognise faulty bookings. If the software recognises such a booking, AIRE Holidays reserves the right to cancel the booking.
INTERNET
AIRE Holidays provides the guest with Internet access within the framework of the existing technical and operational possibilities. Malfunctions, e.g. due to force majeure, maintenance measures or similar cannot be excluded.
The guest is not permitted to misuse the internet connection.
The guest is not authorised to pass on the access data of the internet connection to third parties. In the event of a breach, the guest is liable to AIRE Holidays for all damages caused by the transfer of the access data.
AIRE Holidays also reserves the right to block the guest's Internet connection in the event of legal violations.
DAMAGE OR THEFT
In the event of damage beyond normal use, or theft, AIRE Holidays is entitled to charge the guest for the damage, as well as for separate expenses incurred to remedy the damage, including any loss of income from the rental of the flat that it is not possible to resolve.
NO PARTIES
Parties are not permitted in AIRE Holidays flats.
In the event of an infringement, AIRE Holidays is entitled to demand compensation from the guest for damage or nuisance caused by noise.
RESALE
The resale/rental and/or subsequent acquisition of the booked flats is prohibited. Any use of the flat for purposes other than accommodation is prohibited.
